Council Approvals and Certification

We will take care of all council requirements and engineering certifications. This is included in our price.
We use professional local certifiers for all of our council approvals.

We can even arrange approvals in special areas such as unique character precincts.

Please have the following prepared;
1. Sewer plan (available from Council)
2. Site plan (this can be a sketch)
